I grew up in a business family. My parents had a screen printing factory and a clothing manufacturing unit. They printed for major global brands and received an award in Madrid for producing the best Tunisian screen printing in 1995.<\/p>

Graphic design and projection workshops, labs, and production facilities were part of my daily environment. This exposure allowed me to become proficient in all aspects of screen-printing which allowed me later to teach during an internship at St-Luc Brussels.<\/p>

At the age of fifteen, when my parents had to travel to Europe for business, I was already in charge of the factory and staff.\u00a0<\/p>

I also enjoyed meeting clients, visiting other factories, participating in deliveries, and attending trade fairs in Paris, Frankfurt, and D\u00fcsseldorf.<\/p>

My parents also inspired me and gave me some values that I will cherish forever, such as perseverance, honesty, and respect for oneself, others, and of the environment.<\/p>

My teenage life was an unforgettable period: the memories of the scents of flowers, laurel, jasmine, thyme, and citrus, the aromas of food in the alleyways on the way, back home from school, the scent of the sea in every season, and the sound of waves that rock\u2019s you to sleep, just like the swaying cypresses. Also, the melodies of Fairouz and Abdelwahab songs, the outdoor festivities at the amphitheatre on Hammamet beach, and the penetrating light and sunshine. Without forgetting the warmth, generosity, and spontaneity of the wonderful Tunisian people.<\/p>

I left Tunisia at the age of 17 to finish my studies in Belgium.<\/p>

I initially studied fine arts, an extraordinary world that reaffirmed to me the importance of creativity, critical thinking, and of being open to all cultures.<\/p>

I also travelled to America, India, Jordan, Senegal, the Scandinavian countries, and nearly all of Europe, to explore the world and myself.<\/p>

As Andr\u00e9 Gide once said: \"It is not enough to read that the sands of the beaches are soft; I want my bare feet to feel it. Then, I pursued a master\u2019s degree in engineering and social action to satisfy my intellectual curiosity and to gain knowledge in management and to implement projects.<\/p>

Ce qui m\u2019a permis plus tard d\u2019exercer dans les ASBL de malvoyants et non-voyants, dans l\u2019enseignement secondaire, mais aussi de m’investir dans l\u2019aide humanitaire (MSF), le soutien aux r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et la lutte contre la traite des \u00eatres humains.<\/p>

Additionally, I facilitated creative workshops, organized events and exhibitions, decorated apartments, customized furniture, crafted chandeliers from recycled materials, and decorated the rooms of our Residence Neffati in Hammamet.<\/p>

All this eventually led to the realization of a dream: to become a businesswoman and create my own brand.\u00a0<\/p>

Depuis mes premiers pas vers le linge de maison J\u2018ai grandi dans une famille d\u2018entrepreneurs, mes parents avaient notamment une usine de s\u00e9rigraphie et une unit\u00e9 de confection. Ces derniers ont imprim\u00e9 pour des grandes marques mondiales et ont obtenu un troph\u00e9e \u00e0 Madrid, pour avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 les meilleures s\u00e9rigraphies tunisiennes, en 1995. Les ateliers de maquettisme, de projection, les labos et la production faisaient partie de mon quotidien au point que, plus tard, je ma\u00eetrisais toutes les techniques de s\u00e9rigraphie et que j\u2019ai pu donner un cours de s\u00e9rigraphie lors d\u2019un stage \u00e0 St-Luc Bruxelles. A quinze ans, je me trouvais responsable de l\u2019usine et du personnel lorsque mes parents devaient partir pour affaires, en Europe.\u00a0 J\u2019aimais \u00e9galement rencontrer les clients, visiter d\u2019autres usines, participer \u00e0 la livraison, aller aux foires de Paris, de Francfort et de D\u00fcsseldorf. Mes parents m\u2019ont aussi inspir\u00e9 et inculqu\u00e9 des valeurs que je ch\u00e9rirai pour toujours, telles que la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance, l\u2018honn\u00eatet\u00e9 et le respect de soi, des autres et de l\u2019environnement. C\u2019est pour cela que, tout naturellement, ma d\u00e9marche est celle d\u00e9crite dans la page Ethique. J\u2019ai quitt\u00e9 la Tunisie \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 17 ans pour terminer mes \u00e9tudes en Belgique. J\u2019y ai d\u2019abord \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les arts plastiques, un univers extraordinaire qui m\u2019a confirm\u00e9 l\u2019importance de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, de l\u2019esprit critique et l\u2019importance d\u2019\u00eatre ouverte \u00e0 toutes les cultures. J\u2019ai par ailleurs entrepris des voyages, vers l\u2019Am\u00e9rique, l\u2019Inde, la Jordanie, le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, les pays Scandinaves et pratiquement toute l\u2019Europe, pour aller \u00e0 la rencontre du monde et de moi-m\u00eame.
